If I don't use my Gift Card by the expiration date, will I get a refund?
Unfortunately I cannot offer a refund or reimbursement for your gift card due to missing the expiration date. Please note though, that gift cards are accepted through the end of the next calendar year to provide ample time to use it!
Can I transfer my gift card for another kind of session?
Gift Cards are used for a variety of portrait sessions including family, senior, couple, engagement, and maternity. Gift cards may not be applied to other offered services such as weddings, professional branding, or newborn.
How far in advance do I need to book?
A minimum of two weeks is required to book. April through October books up fairly quickly, so the earlier you reach out, the more options you'll have for date selection!
Can I use my gift certificate for a mini session?
Sorry, gift cards cannot be applied to any other seasonal deals or promotions, including mini sessions.
